Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Mexico)

Free shipping is available on orders over $2,000 MXN within Mexico.

For orders under $2,000 MXN, a local shipping fee of $90 MXN will be applied.

We will contact you via text message at the phone number provided during checkout to notify you of your delivery date.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup, available in Centro, Mexico City.

After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. We will send you an email with detailed instructions once your order is ready.

Our pickup hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please remember to bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are outside of our control.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contacto@1999estudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

To review our return and exchange policy, please visit the link provided on our website.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, provided the item has not been worn and is in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the order, excluding return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contacto@1999estudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle each case individually to ensure the most satisfactory resolution.
