estudio 1999 is born from my sensibility towards certain things.

Memories,
Romanticism and nostalgia.
The way a garment can transmit feelings through textures, colors, and details.

I create from intuition and emotion,
seeking for each piece to feel close, personal, and easy to inhabit.

I like to create clothes that can accompany memories and sensations,
things that over time become part of someone's life.

estudio 1999 is built from dead-stock textiles and existing garments that we transform through upcycling, working with materials that still have something to give.

Knitwear also plays an essential role within the project,
because I am interested in the texture, the handmade quality, and the closeness these pieces offer when worn.

As estudio 1999 grows, I like to think that the garments can find a place with different people, in different parts of the world, and accompany them in a close, personal, and emotional way when they wear them.
