Return Policy

 

We have a 15-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contacto@1999estudio.com. The return shipping cost ($90 MXN) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are final.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Purchases from Stockists (Third-Party Retailers)

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made through other stores, concept stores, or stockists. Please contact the store where the item was originally purchased.
